What is 1-1 coaching?



I want to show you that you can reach your goal, whilst enjoying the process and still living your life. You shouldn't have to mould you life to fit your diet. You should mould your diet to fit into your life.

By working with me on a 1-1 basis we can implement simple changes to your daily habits and routine that bring about significant results, which you will then carry with you for the long term.

Working with me 1-1 means you will get the best out of your training programme. There is no need for endless amounts of cardio, I will teach you to lift weights using the correct form, push you to realise your potential and sessions will be fun and enjoyable, meaning you leave the gym feeling strong, happy and motivated, Oh. and knackered, but in a good way I promise!!

Worried about confidence levels in the gym?, That's what i'm there for, for guidance and reassurance if needed. Theres nothing I love more than watching a clients confidence grow, in the gym AND in daily life.

1-1 Sessions

Training Programme
A 4 week training plan tailored to suit your goals, that will push you to reach your goals no matter if you are a beginner or a little more experienced.
Nutritional Help and Advice
- Daily calorie (optional) and protein targets
- Additional documents to support you with this
- Example meal plan, Protein ideas, Meal ideas
Weekly Check-ins
Check-ins via email where you will reflect on the week you have just had, identify wins, areas of improvements and set goals for the week ahead.
The community feel
You will be added to the family group chat of all my other 1-1 clients where we share food ideas, motivation and support.
